Seriously, how the hell do people deal with this? I went from being on Cloud 9, to basically feeling like the spawn of Satan within the past few days. I've been working out etc in order to boost my vibrations/energy but I'm still feeling lethargic and like hammered shit.

Anyone got any tips on how to deal? Even listening to upbeat positive music just makes me want to cut my ears off, ok so that point's a bit dramatic, but you get the picture.

Watch motivational videos, sounds stupid but has worked for me. Watch nofap talks to keep you going and get outside, sit in the sun, hit the beach if its nearby and remember it's only temporary and the highs will be even higher on the other side.

It’s completely normal. I dealt with it on my last long streak. Except in addition to feeling drained I also ended up dealing with a plethora of withdrawal symptoms including severe stomach pain/indigestion and muscle aches all over. The combination of all my physical and mental symptoms literally made me feel like I was dying. It was so bad that I ended up relapsing. So far on my current streak I’ve been doing a lot better, but I’ve still struggled to push through a few days of zero energy and total lack of motivation to do anything. There’s really not much that will help you get over the flatline periods faster. Just time and persistence are the key. When you’re feeling low remember that it’s better you’re dealing with it now rather than relapsing and having to deal with it all over again from square one in the future...

I think the one caveat and familiar theme I truly need to learn in general, is that of patience. Today I woke up feeling a lot better, slight brain fog, but on the whole I feel chirpier and more upbeat. Thanks a lot for all the advice.

It's all perfectly normal, going through phases of very high depression, even suicidal thoughts. The only way to deal with it is knowing that it is normal, it is a part of the healing, and you will feel better after.

I feel you bro. you're not alone I promise you. I like to ride my bicycle after work and the other day I had to force myself to go for a ride. Seriously the whole time I felt like shit. I stopped at the top of this hill to rest for a minute and I remember looking in the distance and reminding myself "it's all a part of the process" and "you're supposed to feel like shit dummie." I felt better after that. Anyways, hope your doin alright bro.

Sometimes we can’t make ourselves motovated or focused enough to do anything. I relate it to detoxing, as someone going through drug withdrawal. Eating right and supplements are always a good idea. Eventually, this to shall pass as they say. Keep moving forward!
