Specific adult actresses

Yep, going through it right now with one particular model that I dare say I became infatuated with. Crazy as it sounds, I'm treating it like I'm breaking up with her; deleting her videos and photos from my hard drive, not going on her website looking for updates, not looking at her social media, etc. The longer you go without looking at her stuff, the less you'll think about her.

(Admittedly however I slipped up today and watched a couple minutes of one of her videos before I closed the window (honestly the worst cravings I've had in a while). Despite that, the thoughts and temptations have lessened over time.)

 

Think of her WITHOUT the makeup and you will be fine.I've seen porn stars without their makeups a couple of times and it was enough.Unfortunately for me i often forgot this important detail and i give myself anyway into that sick shit. But think at this aspect though.

 

You made up a little fantasy in your head to increase the excitement, this concern about letting "her" go seems like part of that. It will go away as it's really just pixels. Monarch of the Glen has the right idea about the no makeup pictures that should burst your bubble. Or think about all the diseases she has.

Personally I don't consider those in pornography actors nor actresses. They are vile scum imitating true works of acting. Or if they aren't doing that what are they doing with their sex organs? Degrading the daylights out of themselves and others.

I saw one film where after various acts, one of the guys finished up whilst calling the girl 'c**t'.
Poor girl, and poor him in a way. He must have had problems.

 

There's an interesting Netflix documentary on the porn industry and it shows a porn scene being filmed. It showed how fake it is - a scene that lasted about 30 minutes took a whole week to film and the director is constantly telling them what to do. In the documentary, the director tells the man to slap the woman and he refuses. The woman kept telling him it's ok and she didn't mind him hitting her but he still refused. It took -10 minutes to persuade him to hit her. At the end of the scene they interviewed him and he talked about how he was the kind of guy how didn't hit women and felt really uncomfortable doing it.

The porn industry seems to be a mixed bag. There are people who are naive and are pressurised to become pornstars, there are others who feel like they have no choice but to do it and some who know what they're getting into and want to do it. There's a YouTube channel called RedHeadRedemption made by a former Pornstar and she gives a balanced view of the industry.

 

I've seen something like that where they were trying to film a scene and the girl had to take multiple breaks to go throw up because she felt sick and was so disgusted with what was happening, but she didn't feel like there was a way out. Then she would have to go back and keep filming the scene. The reality of this type of thing can make you realize what a terrible industry we've all supported. Makes me sick too, just thinking about it.

About the actresses thing though, I've struggled with that a lot too. The best thing to do, like @MonarchOfTheGlen said, is just stop chasing after her. The less you see it, the less it's in your mind, the less you'll be reminded of it, the less you'll want it. That's the part that sucks. It just takes time, but you can eventually get it out of your thoughts.

 

Yes, we didn't see what is edited out. We see people pretending to have liked it. It's time to clean this crap out of the brain. Humankind can be better.

 

Initially yes, very much so. But seems to be getting easier as time goes.

 

This reminded me of when I was still deep into the shit, there was one actress I was loving and looking for more of her videos. Then I saw her picture with out make up. She was so hideous I was immediately turned off towards her videos.

 

I wasn't really attached to any of porn actresses, most of them were not beautiful per say, I liked the amateurs and homemade videos more. Unfortunately, the new (high quality) trend websites brought girls from eastern europ and recently one particular American actress whom I think about frequently.
