    im college student im 18 its about 4years i started fapping . once i was smart but after porn addiction i just became more and more stupid and i messed up with my pre-university exam nvm im talking too much i just want to have greater mind power we will overcome this thing together

    you can do it! I did NoFap when I was in my first semester in collage for 150 days and I got the second highest grade at that time. please start now. we will help each other. set you days counter. it will give you motivation. good luck
