    Hey, i am on nofap day 184 i think, my balls are hurting and i am rebooted. Should i quit nofap, start masturbating again but without the porn ofcourse? Nofap is boring for me this far in, especially in the military.

    You have come a long way. Most can only dream to achieve what you have achieved. Don't masturbate or watch porn. One doesn't work without the other. You might tell yourself that you will masturbate without porn, but after a couple of Ms you will start looking at porn and all this hard work will be for nothing.

    Take it from a guy who fell into a similar trap almost 5 years ago after going PMO free for 170+ days and couldn't get back on ground ever since.

    Be thankful and lead a life free of these things. Be a gentleman inside out.
