I am sixteen... Days . 5 days remain

 

Day 0

 

7/21: Busy days = Busy Mind = no idle hands.

 

Nine days in. Feels encouraging to read about your day to day progress. Even though you appear to be nothing but nicknames on my phone I know that everyone of you are real people, living real lives, dedicating another day to sobriety. Thanks guys!

 

Day 6/21

 

Day 12/21. One day at a time.

 

Relapsed yesterday just because of my weakness.back at it today is day 0/21

 

I relapsed but it was intentional today ( as crazy as that sounds). I wanna start fresh, in tune with the beginning of this new month. So October first, today, I begin again.

17/21... Have a lot urges today, but have no chance to release... So lucky me

10/21, soon reaching half time, I’m proud of myself

 

Day 8/21: one more day at a time.

 

Just finished the 14 day challenge and now beginning this chalkenge

 

one week down 2 to go

 

Challenge Completed! Day 21/21 done! Learnt a lot about myself through this challenge. Got into a relationship recently, and I guess that was one of the biggest factors that helped me in completing this challenge. Now I believe in myself and even have a thing of overconfidence that yes I can overcome this and I will overcome this!
