Day 7/14!

 

I guess it is now 2/14 for me -- I need to finish the evening strong, since it will be a while before I go to sleep. I have grading still to do.

 

Day 3

 

I've completed the 1 week challenge and I've completed this one a number of times. Its important never to get ahead of myself though, every day in a reboot can be very different from the last.

So here I am checking in on - Day 8.

 

I want to give this a shot.

Day 7/14: I think I'm getting sick today. My throat is sore and my nose is running. Right in time to work a 12 hour day at work. Oh well, it'll still be a good day!

 

I would love to make 14!!

 

1/14. Gonna complete it this time.

 

Day Zero (Again)

 

Day two. Made it through the night.

 

Day 8 Done..!

 

Back to day 0 again. I feel like I have not struggled this much in a while, and it is extremely frustrating to fall back into old ruts like this. I recognize this three day cycle, and I need to break through it if I am to move forward. But I don't want to give up just yet on the fourteen day challenge. Maybe I should switch to the three day challenge. I don't know.

8 days free. Yesterday was one of the hardest days for me. I almost gave up to my urges but I didn't in the end..and I won't.

 

Day 4

 

Day 9 - I felt my self confidence begin to return yesterday. I've completed a few 14 day challenges before and have found my mood unpredictable. I hope today is another positive one.
