Ok guys, long time ago that you heard something from me. Today I relapsed and 4 or 3 days too. Now I set the counter back and hope I can do it. My score was 45 days, and I want the 90. Hope you guys make it better.

Yesterday forget to update status as was out with friends, didn't stay at home to start watching any digital kind of stuff, i have found that late night digital stuff can potentially affect this journey of freedom so try to limit that and be more social and talk to friends about this journey they surely will support
