Hey guys! I'm at day 13 and i have alot of withdraw symptoms that are making this extrenly difficult. Heres my ones to help you understand if your experiencing them that it's normal:

    - imsomnia and restlessness. It is extremely hard for me to sleep which makees it extremely hard to to get through the night. I cannot lie in bed because my body can't keep still

    - anxiety (over thinking) i wouldn't say i'm worrying or panicking etc. But my mind is all over the place. I'm constantly thinking and over analysing everything

    - lack of memory and concentration.

    - penis size decreasing even more. Havent had an erection ever since my last relapse.

    - motherfucking wet dreams. I don't want my parents to know what's going on arghh

    - negative thoughts. I have this one in control as ive been doing personal development so negative thoughts are bullshit to me. However my positive goals and visions are somehow now starting to seem unrealistic

There might be a few more but im into personal development so i'm able to deal with these issues easier but anyone who feels like this... its normal guys don't give up soon tye positive benefits will come.

I notice as i go on the path of quitting its like the road is becoming even more foggy and thicker but eventually it'l start to thin out further.

Look what our realities coming to for guys :/ its sad and disgusting and we need to do something about it. But hope anyone feeling lost and confused can find this helpful. And maybe someone could give me some tips to fixing my sleep issue if so that would be awesome :)

It's all in your head. If you have access to it, try taking Melatonin for the sleeplessness. This is just a wild guess, but I would recommend not taking anything you read on here at face value. Use your best judgment and decide for yourself how you should handle your habits.

If you arn't doing so already: Exercise.
To break a habit you must make a habit.

    Exercise. Do it.

I also get withdraws such as
    - Anxiety
    - Wake up very tired
    - Loss of motivation etc
But i know those things are temporary and after that comes the fun part... 2-3 days - non-stop godlike mode!

    Stay safe,

I just stay as busy as much as possible until I crash to help take my mind off the withdrawal symptoms.. Cause you know, having idle hands is bad during that period

Great post. I am on day 10 and have also experienced similar withdrawal symptoms. The restlessness and lack of sleep have affected my work some as well. I am hoping it gets better soon. I have experienced some brain fog as well, but overall my focus and concentration has increased immensely since quitting.

the last couple of days I had a very short fuse and started to feel down, questioning my life and its significance. I know this is probably due to the dopamine low I am having to adjust to.

On day 7 I slipped and watched a couple of videos I shouldn't have. Had an intense dopamine rush but was able to slam down the laptop and jump in the shower before things got out of hand (or into hand...)
