***The Gratitude Attitude Challenge***

I am grateful for the week almost being over.
I am grateful for all the constant support I have been receiving.
I am grateful for 6 weeks free from porn.

 

I am grateful for another chance to give it my best shot.

 

For being healthy
For not PMO yesterday, thank god
For the knowledge i got

 

I am grateful for

A bowl of cereal

The lively and lovely conversation after the church group I led

The woman that I now get to support, and her boyfriend

 

I am thankful for having food to eat, water to drink and a home to live

 

I am grateful for slowly getting better after being sick since last Friday.
I am grateful to have two good friends with whom I can share my troubles.
I am grateful to know which direction I need to go.

 

I am grateful for

The fact that my car lasted this long before losing power again

That I have a working smart phone and that it’s sufficiently charged

Snacks and water and coffee all with me in the car

 

I am grateful for:
Being born to a religious family.
Having great friends.
Being out of the military.

 

I am grateful for being so lucky.
I am grateful for having loyal friends.
I am grateful for being around many people that are disloyal to challenge me to call them out on their bullshit.

 

I am grateful that it's Friday.
I am grateful for a new day
I am grateful for the long weekend ahead.

 

For finishing the exam
For support from everyone
For having a lot of free time right now

 

I am thankful for the technology which enabled me to learn many things

 

I am grateful that I was able to study for 8 hours straight yesterday and for the focus that I had.
I am grateful that I made a working algorithm that runs really fast.
I am grateful to see my mom and sister today or tomorrow.

 

I'm grateful for:
Managing to fall asleep last night.
Finding some interesting books in the library.
Taking a nice, calming walk.

 

I'm grateful for:
my knowledge of nofap at this point in my life and im grateful its part of my life and that im on the road to a happier and healthier life
my health and fitness routine that i have kept on top of these past months
the support of my parents in my life at this time

I am grateful for

The opportunity to forgive my late mom for her parenting oversights

The ability to get a more reliable car and that others are cheering me on

That the two sources of physical pain from this week are resolving

 

I am grateful for still fighting to make my life more positive
For the beautiful campus i bike through every day to get my food
For not having an anxiety attack recently

 

1) I am grateful to be spending time with family for Thanksgiving this upcoming week (Canadian)
2) I am grateful to the Breadman Panarin for scoring the OT winner yesterday, 82-0!?
3) I am grateful to the golf course I have worked at for over 10 years, snow has brought the season to an early end, freeing me up to go onto other things!

Grateful to all of ya'll as well! Mutual support/encouragement is HUGE in battling this addiction.
