Did I set myself back?

    Did orgasm from oral sex set me back? Do I need to reset my counter? My plan was to abstain from MO , but deep down I wanted to abstain from O because I heard it's more beneficial. I did not use porn. No form of porn was running through my mind at the time. I only fired 1. I'm really upset with myself for cracking after only 10 days. Any feedback on this matter would be greatly appreciated.

    I wouldn't think so.. One of the things that's needed to help break the cycle of PMO is to rewire yourself to the real thing.

    Getting off with PMO = No..

    The counter still shows. No you didn't set yourself back. Unless you are doing hard-mode anything sexual with another person is not a reset.
