Back to day 1 today as I slipped last night. Long day yesterday. I am putting my energy over the last month on many different things to accomplish and it’s wearing me out. I need to make this the priority starting today.

Bugger it all. Woke up in the middle of the night 2 nights back and ended up MO. No P though. Day 0 again.

 

13 days done, sometimes I don’t believe in myself but getting on this site keeps me focused

Not feeling confident, even now my body wants the release of pmo, even though ive just been through hell.

I need to start again, i need to find strength.
