    Hey. I've been struggling with porn addiction for about 8 years now. I'm 26 years old and it has deeply affected me in all aspects of life. I've been trying to stop watching porn for about 13 months now and my longest streak was over 15 days. then I relapsed. I never shared this with anyone before and not sure how exactly this works but I'm here to read people's stories and learn about their experiences.

    your in the right place, NoFap has helped me get some really good streaks, I have relapse a few times but, I am learning more about my addiction and how to keep going and not give up on myself.
