Hey @Odigi13, there's a few points to address here. One is, is quitting PMO causing more erections? The answer is probably - porn makes us numb to normal sexual cues and makes us aim for more extreme sexual scenarios. So quitting porn will allow your brain to reconnect with simpler turn ons.

The second point is Am I sick in the head for getting a boner when I saw two young girls? The answer is no. Boners are normal, they are great, they show your sexually healthy. When we were cavemen, age of consent really wouldn't have been a thing, but we're living in a more civilised society now. If you start acting out on unhealthy scenarios, like masturbating to young girls, or approaching them, then you're in shittown, but you can't help what your body does naturally, and you shouldn't beat yourself up about it.

So in summary, don't panic. Make sure you're not feeding unhealthy thoughts, but don't freak out when things fly into your head. Just move past them calmly. You got this.
