    I watched porn yesterday. Started by looking up a new name I found. Skimming the surface wth revealing pictures, then off of safe search for an eyeful! Back and forth for a couple hours. Since I already broke my streak figured I shoud do more, but I stopped myself before masturbation and full videos. But now I am ashamed and disheartened. Missed making it to a month by 1 day, DAMN!

    I envy your willpower. I fell to that same trap today but was unable to stop myself.
    So congrats on stopping yourself! While it's easy and maybe natural for us to be tough on ourselves, it's best to remember the victories.
    That is what will give you the momentum to get a new streak going and keep moving forward.
