As a former addict, it is very likely that by masturbating, even by masturbating like a "normal" (i.e. non-addicted) human you will only make things harder for yourself. It is like an alcoholic who asks how to drink like a normal person. Wouldn't it be easier for him to just cut drinking altogether, regardless of all the normal people who enjoy a beer or two and are satisfied afterwards? Isn't going to the pub like opening "pandoras box"? Wouldn't you rather want to keep it closed? And yeah, let a woman do the work. If there is none, wait until there is.
