Hi all, I'm on day 9 and to tell you the truth I feel pretty good! I have resisted urges well and feel at the moment PMO is going to be kept at bay. I'll post some results in a few days if anyone is interested.

Overall, I am even staying off my laptop a fair bit and that's not bad either.
However, when I am online though I frequently have found myself looking at female celebrity news items where the pictures show flesh. I do stop and stare at these, I also have been quite transfixed by women on TV, even in adverts. At this time I really can't see myself relapsing into full PMO or even just M on its own- I hope this isn't overconfidence.

I want to know if I should be cutting out these tacky articles as they could easily be seen as very soft P.

The porn I was viewing was not really related to this- and I have pretty much managed to avoid any visual contact with the niche fetish I enjoyed altogether.

How is my brain likely to be reacting to these very soft examples which don't induce fantasy? It's more kind of caveman staring; mild arousal I guess but no boner.

In my opinion, there is a difference between staring at them and saying [NSFW]"Man, I'd bend her over and ______ her!"[/NSFW] and "Wow, she is a beautiful girl!" and moving on.

My tastes and comments have been changing. I have ran across, not stared and looked, at women wearing scantily clad things either in entertainment , advertisements, tv shows, movies, etc but I say "She's pretty" and I move on.

I wouldn't call what you are doing a "relapse" however I would call it setting yourself up for the potential to relapse. If you are stopping and looking at this stuff, Im telling you that's a slippery slope.

You know your own self and you know your triggers and I think too often guys are too anxious to say "I have this beat" when in all reality they aren't even remotely close.

I would not count it as a relapse. You are on day 9, and your brain is feeling the abstinence now. He knows what he wants, and looking into woman bodies on stuff like Facebook, Instagram, News websites etc. is a way of compensating that lack of necessity that you filled with the P use.
Until now I'm avoiding any kind of visual stimulation. Maybe the only place that could turn me on is the gym, but avoiding looking happens most of the times.
Be aware if being that kind of stuff might not lead you to see what all of the guys here are avoiding.
    Best regards and be strong!

I'd be careful. Everyone is different but more than once I've gone off and binged after looking at something like models in swimsuits etc...
