What If You Stopped Masturbating?

A lot of people do think Masturbation and watching porn is same thing, like they would be impossible without each other. They should have stated the difference at the start of the video. Judging by the YouTube comments, 90% of the people think that the video, at the same time, is commenting their porn use that goes with Masturbation. Sadly they are all wrong as the study they presented is purely about Masturbation with no porn involved. Don't get me wrong, the video is all fine, it's just society not understanding the difference that Masturbation does not equal porn. I bet most of the viewers will be like "haha i knew fapping is all good, let's watch some porn to fap, it is all so beneficial and healthy after all!"

 

Right now I've decided to focus mainly on avoiding P, with avoiding MO being a secondary goal. I feel I need to focus on one thing at a time because prior efforts to stop P+M+O for more than a few days have been unsuccessful

By the way, I couldn't watch the video because I have blocking software that blocks youtube

 

Personally not Masturbating for 80 days did really help me get my life and urges back on track. Of course i never plan to go back to porn which i stopped 300 days ago .

 

Long story short. PMO addiction is the bad side. Nofap is the good side. We've moved from the bad to the good side. There's no reason to go back...
