Thanks guys for your encouragement. I appreciate the support. One thing that kept me from drinking is having an outlet on the weekends when I usually drank: I went to AA, I worked out, I went and saw a movie. By the time I got home from all of that, I felt like a new man and had less temptation to drink. This is what I plan on doing w/ PMO. A movie is less expensive than the amount I spend on porn per week.
