I understand that. However I got sick after having been taking them for 11 days. So I thought the change in temperature outdoors combined with cold showers might have f*cked me over somehow.

I suppose now that it is subsiding I can get back on the wagon here.

you have been taking these for 256 days now? Can I ask if you solely take cold showers? And do you keep it at the coldest setting the entire shower?

 

It's set at 12 degrees Celsius , that the lowest setting this time of year , I shower on my head the I shower the front of my chest , onto my heart , I then breath Wim Hof style for 20 breaths , then I turn around and put the water on my back , heart area again , 20 more Wim Hof breaths , then I shower normally , no soap or shower gel , I never use that anyway ,


The first two weeks of cold showers are the hardest , then you get used to them , then they are normal and set you up for the day

Baby I am starting to feel like the Ice Man.

Max cold showers. I get under the water fully without hesitating.

I never move the dial to a warmer temperature. Let's see how much ice daddy can handle before this changes.
