Does NoFap help you increase dick size?

Lmao. I already grow a beard at my age. And I am only 29 years old. I hit puberty when I was 18. And then, reality hit me hard. I have to shave off my beard every day.

How long in til you saw more facial/body hair?

 

I can't say for sure when I noticed, after 2 months exactly I noticed that my beard on my cheeks ( which never grew at all)is going to connect with my mustache ( I'm 23 and never had that much beard on my cheeks, on my neck yes) and also that hair grows on all of my forearm( it didn't happen on the inner part of my forearms) and more on my upper arms.

 

Alright man cool. I'm 20 days deep so I'll keep any eye out and see what I notice 60+

Mine isn't that big to begin with, and it seems to vary in size (usually between 4.75 and 4.9 inches), but the first time that I measured 5.0" was this year while attempting NoFap.

It might be from decreased body fat (which might be a result of NoFap => increased testosterone and more energy => getting to the gym more) or it might be because I beat the bejeezus out of the little thing and I tended to stroke downward while some other guys might tug more.

 

Yeah it's body fat. Dicks get harder, body fat goes down. Those can make it as big as it gets. But otherwise that motherfucker ain't growing
