    Congrats, it's been almost 2 month for me so far. Some days the urge is very strong indeed but I've noticed that the more you resist and stay on your path the stronger you become.
    I also feel my brain is adjusting slowly to no pmo. I'm an artist so getting back to my art has been a blessing. Looking forward to 3 month.

    oh and also I have withdrawals symptoms as well too like anxiety during REM sleep throughout the day. When my mind gets sleep and awake throughout the day. Lmao.
