    Hello.

I am 19 years old almost making 20 years in november. So i'm going to speak about my experience with masturbation.

I've started masturbating around 16 years old, in the beginning i thought that it was normal starting to fap because you're discovering your body. About two months ago i've came to realization that i have a problem. That i am addicted to pornography. I fap every day since 2014. I've tried nofap and the longer i could abstain from porn was 2 days. I was so fucking horny that i've relapsed. Everytime i look at a girl, all i think about is SEX. Which ok it's not wrong, but i don't wanna be that guy that is not mature with women and just wants to fuck. I want to become the best version of me that i can.

I need help guys. you are my last hope.

    Thanks for saying

  4. Dude, you can stop this. Stop masturbation and stop porn. Go to the gym, go to friends, read all the NoFap forums. You can challenge this. Try to stop with a challenge with small steps.

Same here. But you can. It is a process. Just don't lose hope.

  7. "I can't; you can't; we can." Get really connected here, brother. There's power in the group. Start a journal and post in it daily. Reach out to lots and lots of other folks on the forums here. Get in the center of the pack and do the things that people with long-term abstinence do, and you will recover. I guarantee it.

I believe in you! We are all brothers here who are striving towards a same goal. I am suffering from insomnia, anxiety, depression, frequent urination as I am going through the process. Please accept this rebooting book written by a chinese brother who abstained for over 6 years!

The author soaring eagle has loads of wisdom to share with everyone and the book is still in the process of being translated (30 out of 100 seasons translated)

Take a deep breath you can do this.

It won't be easy I'm not going to lie. But it is possible. There are plenty of people on this website who've done it.

You said you've only give 2 days without porn. Try for 3!

I'm new to this site too. You can do it. The biggest key to success is the belief that you are fully capable of overcoming this addiction. It all starts with your mindset. Believe you're capable. Then you can start taking the necessary practical steps towards success.

When you begin to see how it completely destroys your life and your ability to grow and bond with other human beings you will begin to lose your taste for it.

Starting at 16 and ending around 20 is okay i suppose. You have not yet destroyed yourself, but you have to change your ways. Dont think about sex, avoid things that turn you on, and you will make constant progress

The most important thing that you realize is and admit is that you have a problem and that you are going to fix it in the end. Work on developing a plan for your habit and start in small steps and then move on to bigger steps the better you get at overcoming it in the end.
