I know exactly how you feel. My first attempt in November, I made it 18 days, then I made 8, now I'm barely making 3 at a time. IVe started taking cold showers and that really kills off my urges. I've also learned my exact physicial reaction for when I'm triggered for me to go and do something non-women related. Learn your own triggers and learn to recognise when you're triggered. Then you get to choose: do I fap, or do I not? It's always a choice, and a difficult one. I've relapsed and reset my counter so many times it hurts, but I'm still here, still trying to make the right choice permanently. Stay strong

Build a mental discipline, understand your triggers and how your mind works during NoFap, and stay away from that. It´s hard, but it is not impossible. I recommend participating everyday here on the NoFap forum, reading articles, journals and succesfull stories, and also helping other people to do it too.
Best regards fellow fapstronaut, and stay strong! The community is here to help you!

Sit down and write a list of things to do while you're having an urge. Be creative or be simple. Come up with about 10 things and when you realize you're in a bad urge do one, even if you don't feel like it. Just do it.
I see you're from Alaska so I understand it's tough to get outside sometimes but last week the temp was -5 by me and I was having a bad day and just left the house, got the hell outa there away from the temptation.

My list has things like going on a hiking trail, painting, listening to music w headphones, praying, just taking a drive. You need to have a way out or you'll get trapped again.

Mr Mack I think Justquit's suggestion of listing 10 activities to choose from in case of an urge was great.

On top of that I'll suggest static holds. Examples are holding the "down" position of a push-up or the "half-way" point of a sit-up.

These are popular "punishments" in the army that do build mental toughness as well as physical strength.

Further, if you really want mental toughness, try to go for longer periods of time without complaining. This is a popular discipline in many military and monastic traditions. This one's been hard for me, though I have improved. Good luck.
