This has been the best streak of nofap for me. Beat my personal best of 26 days... about to complete the 30 days challenge.

Day 1.

I really have to learn to do nofap, not only when its easy, but the more so when it's hard.
In the past if there were urges for some time.. i would give in to the pmo lifestyle again.

I have to say.. it feels easy now (day 1), and thats good, but what matters most is what we do when it's hard, when urges hit. That's when true character must be shown & developed.

There's a lot in life which could have been better, but i count my blessings, things are way better in my situation already than they used to be.
