    Hello everyone...
I've been trying to remove this habit of M since 2 years now..my personal best was no pm for 56 days..But now I'm starting from day 1 and I want to break my old record and set free from this devastating habit. As a new habit, I will post my everyday experiences in here...Hope this brings some difference for me!

Good idea man, it is always helpful to reflect. Also, keeping a journal will give you structure and reinforcement when others respond to your quest. I had to reset my counter at day 9 (yesterday), and now I am starting over.

I agree. I did 15 days of no PMO about 7 months ago. Relapsed and went off the grid in a porn induced and extra marital affair spiraling out of control. Almost lost my job, wife and kids. I ended up losing the girlfriend and am working on my marriage. Four days free now. I was thinking of starting a journal too. Good luck man.

It’s hard yo. My first go around here I think I struggled a lot, relapses, messing around with edging and shit. I spiraled out of control and ended up leaving the forum for about 8 months a year. I’m back trying to get my shit together. The longest steak of no pmo I’ve had is 15 days. Currently I think I’m on 8 days now.

But yeah auto pilot is a bad place. It’s like muscle memory. Your mind and body know what to do, and if you don’t want to do the same things you’ve got to be present. Minimalism and meditation have helped me stay focused and present. Keep working man. Stay involved and active here.

    Day 7 Completed!
So happy to write this and to complete the 7 day challenge. But, I still have a long way to go from here. Some personal problems have rised shortly...gotta deal with them too.

    Happy for myself.

    Ok..Day 16...
Just felt a slight phase of happiness yesterday, occurred for no reason. I don't know but I felt like happy for a short period of time without even doing anything. Well after some time it just became normal. But that feeling of childlike bliss as they call...it really felt good. Have you guys have also experienced this? What would you think the reason for that?
