    Ah nice to see some familiar names still in this thread. I relapsed today. I feel that I have dropped behind on a lot of practices that were helping me; NoFap, meditation, early mornings, creative work, exercise. I had a period of ill health and felt like I didn't have the energy to keep them up though that might just be an excuse. Anyway I feel I have the hard work of starting them all again, but I know I'm better when I'm doing them. Good to be here again and looking forward to getting a few days of pmo behind me.

    Sorry to hear but learn a lesson from this. Pick your good habits up again. They can help a lot indeed.

    We're here for you. If there is anything I can do for you, just say it. We're all in the same boat, unfortunately, but keep fighting man. PMO is rubbish. Keep fighting. It's all you can do.

    I like the clarity of this line a lot.

    Yes!!! 5 days. it's easy to forget to celebrate the small numbers, especially if you've lost a longer streak. Lets set goals and give ourselves a buzz from meeting them. I'm aiming for another 5 days so that will be 10 on friday and then the weekend is normally a bit easier. Two weeks here I come.

  15. 5/5 and that started a new challenge. New challenge is 7. Let's see if I can stay strong today to beat a week for the first time in ages.
