    Just started the 90 Day Challenge. I will not be using porn or masturbation to bring myself to orgasm during this time. I am not in a relationship currently, however, I am in college, I have hooked up with random girls in the past, and I likely will do so again in at least the next year; this is how I discovered my DE or PIED, when I couldn't finish when I was having sex with a girl. Has anyone had random hookups/has been in a relationship with sex during a reboot? Does it make the reboot harder or easier? shorter or longer? not necessarily harder but different? anything else?

    in day 54 i hooked up with a girl..before nofap,I penetrate for long time didnt cum,so not a good feeling,just tried..at day 54,I cum fast at the 1st time(within 10 mins) and last long at the second time which feel a lot better..Sex experience is definitely whole another level,cause I just can feel all the muscle of the vagina,which is a amazing experience for me.

    Im rebooting with the 90 days now, and in the past I've dine 30. Hooking up can actually really help alleviate some of the sexual tension that can build up in my brain on such a long break, making it easier to get through, but be weary, thinking about a girl youre hooking up with when she’s not available could be a trigger. Obviosly other kinds of non-sexual distractions are super helpful.

    I'd say go for it. I think having sex is a healthy behavior and it's good to do it if you can
