The key is that THESE THINGS will take up your free time. You should have no alone time in your room on the computer. That's dumb. There's business time: (I'm checking email and nofap and news this morning. that's it.). And there's work/play time: During my downtime, I'm reading one of 4 books, playing bass, or taking a nap because I'm so tired. You should have things that you KNOW you will be doing in your downtime before you even get to your downtime. You shouldn't have time that you 're just bingeplaying videogames, or really videogames at all. Don't just "CHILL" in your room. That means you're not being productive. If you are busy doing stuff, you won't relapse. GOodl luck bro.
