Everything is boring and I can’t seem to stick with a task.

It’s awful. I also rarely laugh and smile. My dick is also small. I orgasmed last night (no Porn) and that orgasm was in all honesty...weak as shit. Sperm came out but it wasn’t strong.

Is this definitely a dopamine deficiency?

  2. Sorry to hear Bro. I feel you...

Have you considered that you might be depressed and are using masturbation caused dopamine high as a anti-depressant? I'm only asking because that was my condition when I started, and even after almost a year of NoFap and slight medication I'm still kinda depressed every now and then...

Yes. Have you improved in how you feel on NoFap after almost a year? Can you give me a breakdown? No pressure. Thanks.

  4. Well... My problem was more on the dopamine addiction side than on the actual porn addiction side and I was self-medicating my mild depression with masturbation induced dopamine high. Once I started my NoFap journey my depression started to surface and I had maybe 3-4 month period when I was very lethargic and tired all the time. Pretty much no laughs or smiles at that time and I saw world as "Everything else is shit besides piss" (a Finnish saying that just doesn't quite translate to English :D)

Fortunately I got some anti-depressants and went through few counseling sessions and got my self sorted out that I could go through my everyday life quite well. It started to become better after that 4 month period, but I must point out that I worked very hard to solve those reasons what gave me that depression in the first place.

I'm not sure if this helps you at all, but what you described sounded very much the same as my condition a year ago. I just decided to share my experience hoping this might help you somehow :)

That translates well enough, Mike. Murphy's law. Glad you've made it through a wreck of a flatline, man.

@Anonymous86 Stay in the game, man. You are ABSOLUTELY in the right place. A great many people have found NoFap the right program for them. Stay in it. You will find many life-improvements here.

    Thank you.

I’ve been meditating for under a week now. I’m doing somewhat better. But the practice never ends, it’s something we work on forever.

yes its a dopamine deficiency. Your brain is rebooting. You used to get all your dopamine released from porn. Now its gone, you are deprived of it. Your brain will seek other ways of getting that release but it takes time. When I did 90 days my first time, I couldn't get anything done, and played games all day long. It sucked because I have my own business and it was hurting my cash flow. After this period, I became super productive and happy from even the smallest things. Everything becomes brighter and more enjoyable when you dont numb yourself from over release from porn

Literally fapped to porn (in the past) and these flatline symptoms happened one day.
