3 days on nofap - feeling dizzy and sick why?

    Today was a happy day in many ways, but three hours ago i started to have the urges to watch my favorite pornstar or at least anything that make me aroused, but instead i tried to avoid relapsing by listening to some songs and watching a movie but i end up feeling dizzy and sick like i want to vomit but not really vomiting just the feeling, i just want to know if that because of anxiety as i'm trying to change my life or because my brain doesn't used to this low level and new kinds of dopamine yet?and if this is common or not?.

    I am not very knowledgeable about health by any means. And I doubt there a many (if any) medical professionals on this forum. So take everything I say with a grain of salt. From my own personal experiences with anxiety it seems like that could be the case here. Or it could be something completely unrelated. Nonetheless you managed to dodge your urges and avoided PMOing so you're doing something right. I'd suggest just continuing what you're doing and if the dizziness and what not doesn't stop try doing more research and then seeking more professional help. Best of luck to you!

    thank you @ShlushyShush, i took a good sleep yesterday and now i feel better but if this happen again i think i will go to see a professional like you said.
