Day 3!

 

Day 47/90 almost done.
My progress with the noPMO challenge has given me courage to take on other challenges. I'm about 10 lbs beyond my ideal weight, so decided to do a 3-day juicing cleanse to kick-off the process of getting a bit slimmer. Today was the 2nd day of that. Eating nothing but freshly juiced fruits and vegetables until Monday.

5/90...had a great day...meditated, went to the gym. And watched a new show on Netflix....Maniac, which is fantastic and plan to watch the rest of the serie tonight....
