Internet addiction require help

    It's a year that I am on nofap but I remember as my porn habbits increased at age of 18 and I am 32 now internet addiction also increased or viceversa .I want to give away internet completely or limit it use to Very minimal Level.Require Help and suggestion from my brothers who have overcomed this habbits to change myself.

    I use mobile for browsing mostly .mostly use for 3-4 hours daily.I am mostly at home as I work from home.

    There are plenty of apps that block distracting apps for a certain amount of time.In addition to that, you should set aside an hour or so for mobile browsing.And maybe you can use Forest while working. Hope that helps!

  5. Just so you're not too hard on yourself here, keep in mind the internet has become a dominant part of our lives. The list is endless: TV (Netflix, Hulu, Amazon, YouTube), text messaging and calls, reading newspapers, paying bills, ordering tickets, ordering products, hiring a taxi, making reservations, even baby monitors are hooked in through a live feed. At this point its considered odd if you're not on it in for at least three to four hours, so don't feel too bad.

    However you're also right in wanting to put limits on your exposure. We're really not built to take in so much stimulus for such a sustained period of time.

    Working from home is tough as the internet is always there to provide a distraction. If your job is contingent with being online, you could block certain sites during work hours (facebook, Youtube, Instagram, all that stuff). Though I'm not entirely convinced of the effectiveness of blockers (we always find our way around them it seems), its a good stop gap when we're browsing with our minds on autopilot.

    Make sure you get outside during the day. One thing I'm working on personally is shutting off my phone for one hour every day when I go for walks in the woods. The effect is wonderful.

    Good decision just focus on No PMO my... I'm using Mobile...i deleted all types of games and deactivated some social media accounts ....and most important set good aim and fully Concentrate on it

    I have not had internet for 3 years and deleted all forms of social media , also I have a flip phone, it was quite the change considering I used to game for 5-6 hour a day, but holy fuck am I productive

    Start using basic phone as your daily driver. Remove all the unnecessary apps and content on your smartphone and switch it off and put in a locker or drawer.... just make use its not visible to your eyes easily when ever you walk around. Since today world is based on messenger apps like whatsapp, snap etc....leave only those apps on your smartphone..... once in a day or two days take your smartphone out and check with your phone and keep it back in few minutes....When ever you feel like using your smartphone.. think that all you got is basic phone. In this way not keeping smartphone in your site and having basic functions like calling from basicphone help you reduce your habit for internet. put away laptop also out of site.... take it out only on highly necessary times...........i am saying all these because i am curently doing it for PM addiction and i am currently successful till now.....................cheers.
