Looking for good basic/dumb phone

I use a Nokia (don't know which model) and even though it is supposed to have internet, I just don't use it.
I deactivated internet and everything is good.
Nokia 150 looks good, 3310 could be "too good" for Porn watching.
In the end it's all about self-discipline!

yup, it's all in your thinking and having more faith in yourself that you can accomplish a lot of things. And to be more determined to not focus on your urges and just stay busy in life.

 

Haha that was funny! Well if you're religious then why not pray so you can have strength, courage & will to fight lust.. I know being alone while nobody's at home has been my biggest trigger but slowly I'm moving away from that trigger as well !! Cheers & good luck !! You can cut down the internet but what about fantasizing? Do you have any full proof against it?

 

yes, it is not about taking "extreme" actions or becoming homeless and that kind of stuff. Just focus on your life and chase after your dreams and goals because life is full of possibilities out there. Instead of focusing on that negative stuff like chasing after women or sex. it makes me depressed as I think about it.

 

just go to a different denomination then, not all churches are bad, just the main leader. I went to catholic mass once and I loved it, but then I went back to my old baptist church and I felt so much better. Just go to the ones that deserves justice.

 

Money enough to run a lifestyle is good but any excess of money or anything else is bad for mind, body & soul.. Going to a church or not is your choice but if you to read any holy book you like, it'll give you the true meaning of the life.. Cheers & goodluck mate!!

 

I think that is a very well thought decision. About 2 years ago, I went off the grid from everything:my telephone, internet...everything. It was such a great calming time. It was probably the first time I reached 40 days, it was a glorious time. Girls were all over me and had inner peace.
But once I met some girls, I decided to buy a new smartphone to stay in touch with them. About a week later, I relapsed and was back to my hole.
I thought many times to move in a cabin in the mountains but I have found that all these measures:flip phones, living without internet...are escapism tactics.
What you need to work is on yourself, on building that motivation to not relapse even If you get tempted with the worst temptations.
Otherwise, you might as well live forever in the mountains!
Still, it's a wise decision, I commend you for that.

 

The dumb phone switch is seeming more appealing. About the only thing I'd see I'd miss from my smartphone is the camera the flash(light). While I don't use the camera often, it can be handy in situations. That flash is certainly handy too.

Nokia is good but i think their is lots mobile on online market you easily find it ...i saw somedays ago on Amazon which is little bigger than liter

 

Guys right now i am using basicphone and i almost one month in completing NOFAP .... this is all because of mainly giving up smartphone....so when i complete 90 days without PMO. and if i start using smartphone again will i fall back to relapse ??? actually i am planning to start using the smartphone after 90days of NOFAP in a small small times little by little so that i wont relapse. Will i relapse easily ?? if i get back my smartphone after 90days ..or my brain will reset and my urges will be just like other people who succeded NOFAP with smartphone.????
