Oh... Guys I am really going through a tough time.... My life is completely out of control. There were many times hard temptation to masturbate.... some have I am controling... Its only my third day... But its so hard for me to resist.... There are certain matters that I have to think about.

 

Committed to starting a 30-day challenge today!

I did my first ever reboot earlier this year, I completed 90-days (that seems like a distant memory now), because i am back into very bad habits.

Very excited to be posting this and re-committing myself to NoFap.

Relapsed after 6 days... Hope I get this new lesson.

So this is day 0 for me now.

Day 2: It's been a while since I gave up NoFap, and I'm sick and tired of slipping in and out of PMO cycles every few days. I even slipped at work it got so bad... I'm ashamed, and I want to get back to working towards a PMO free life. I can't say this is going to be easy, or even fun, but I do believe it will be worth it to be in control of this demon ruining my life. I could really use some accountability, but I'm afraid to bring up my struggles with even my closest friends. I could really use some encouragement as I start out on this journey for what feels like the 1000th time.
