***The Gratitude Attitude Challenge***

I am grateful for the relaxed day I had yesterday, watching sports with friends all day long.
I am grateful that I have the opportunity to start a new diet today.
I am grateful for having loving parents.

 

I am grateful for deciding to make my first semester less overloaded
I am grateful for studying subjects that I've some interest in
I am grateful for indulging in healthy habits yesterday, which has led to me feeling more confident.

 

I am thankful for the world that gives me the opportunity to pursue my dreams.
I am thankful for having a roof over my head.
I grateful for having such minor issues such as PMO addiction that don't threaten my life right now as it might be in case of a war or a famine.

 

I am grateful for good friends who love and support me
I am grateful for a great woman who is much wiser than I, but isn't perfect
I am grateful for opportunities to grow, even though growth brings pain.

 

I am grateful for a new day.
I am grateful for the weather today.
I am grateful for another day away from porn.

 

I am thankful for an amazing opportunity to work on a big creative project.
I am grateful to my wife for doing the dishes this morning since I didn't have time to do them after she cooked last night.
I am thankful that my in-laws had dinner with us last night and are caring people.
I am grateful that even after years of PMO sobriety, I still continue to progressively get better.
I am thankful to be living in an area that doesn't get very cold in fall/winter.
I am grateful for good music.

Helping my dad yesterday

 

I am grateful for:

My DnD friends who have always made time in their busy schedules to meet when possible
This nifty hatchet that is a surprisingly good fidget.
My parents let me lurk in their basement.

 

I am grateful for the streak I am currently on.
I am grateful to start a keto diet, as I hope that it will improve my health.
I am grateful to have received my bachelor diploma yesterday.

 

Thank you all of you that you're here.
I am grateful that there's no apocalypsis happened while my sleep.
I am grateful for the sun is still shinning on our planet.

 

I am grateful that I am in a position to have time to focus on this issue right now in my life.

I am grateful I went through the week I did last week when working 2 jobs each day because I relearned valuable lessons that I know I need to reinforce and do to get through being PMO free.
I am grateful for the wonderful food my mom makes everyday, and something I try not to take for granted everyday.
I am grateful I was able to accomplish my immediate goal of getting a new job. I am truly grateful.

I am grateful for the scriptures I can study.

 

I am grateful I get to eat again today after fasting for 2.5 days. Not eating really makes you see how valuable food is and how privileged we are that we always have enough.
I am grateful for all the information I acquired regarding my diet and fixing my gut, I'm looking forward to implement this information in my daily life.
I am grateful to go home to my mom's this weekend.

 

I am grateful for going to a social event yesterday
I am grateful for making progress on my sleep, aka sleeping earlier. With enough consistency I’ll actually get my normal sleep schedule back!
I am grateful for not being too hard on myself.

 

I am grateful I can see at home all day long.
I am grateful I live in a free country where I can do whatever I want at least these things that don't break laws.
I am grateful that scientists have made so much progress in recent centuries, so we don't die from flu or breaking a leg.
