Yes, I thought he covered a lot during that presentation in a very sensitive way etc

The word's getting out there. Good stuff. The porn elephant in the room needs to stop being a taboo before it causes any more harm. A few TedX videos is good; some full Ted presentations would be better.

If you feel guilt or pain that's not good, please have a look at this, it might help? http://www.nofap.org/forum/showthread.php?2661-Letting-go#post15200

And yes there are women who 'choose' that as a 'job' (according to figures I've seen less than 10% of those caught up in this)but even that is the direct result of supply and demand in a world that is terribly out of balance etc. Honestly, I'm not 'religious' in any organised sense but take a leaf out of that guy who wrote Amazing Grace book (John Newton?) He was part of something terrible (slave trade- which is exactly what we are talking about here) and he recognised he was part of the problem and so he became part of the solution (and wrote a very nice tune in the process!) so more power people like him and more power you!!:)

Thanks a lot :) but it will take some time to change my feelings. I would like to come back and repair my life bu it's too late. I have to think that everything that we do in life, creates ourselves in some way. Now I know how to change my life, what to do to make my life better.

I had to take one step backwards to move two steps forward. Now I'm on my first step forward and a lot to do to move another step.

    Thanks :)

Excellent John, it's not feeling guilt or pain or regret... it's the matter of realizing the problem and willingness to come out of this to help self and others... I like quotes you put here...
