[14-CHALLENGE] THE FOURTEEN DAYS CHALLENGE !

On day 12 for me and i am really struggling to keep my urges under control. I must stay strong and focus on the right stuff. Just 2 more days to reach the big 14.

The important part is to show yourself some compassion, it can happen that you relapse. Be kind to yourself, and just try again. If you keep the intention to not PMO, you will succeed eventually.

5 day WO M / 14
A lot of external stress, but i’m holding so far. Don’t even know if i’ll manage to stay 14 days.
Had sex with wife on monday.

Almost there. Today is a good day so far for me and keeping my mind on God and work so i am doing good.

Going to try and make it through tomorrow as well and then for the 21 day challenge.

It has been a few days since my list relapse, but I have not been posting, so it will be day 0 for me.
I am still in the throes of grading papers and tired physically and emotionally.
