    I feel you bro. Hang on there. I relapsed myself after hitting a 75-days streak. I felt so terrible and I hated myself. Let's have faith, a better life is ahead of us. Let's stay away from porn.

    I wish I could say this was getting easier, but I just feel more and more entrenched in the PM mindset. I’m sticking it out, my goal remains 90day, but I have yet to break free of myself. Wish you all the best, keep up the good works.

    Before this 7 day challenge completed, so 37 days in total.

    I would not have thought this would be possible 37 days ago.
    I feel my mind, body and soul are healing.

  18. Relapsed... again..!! My new philosophy is.. to always learn from mistakes. What lesson did i learn this time?

    I would say.. i have learned about the importance of Time. Always take enough time. I was stressed, and very rushed yesterday. If i would have calmed down, and take it easy, the relapse might have been avoided.

    So whether it's about work, life, goals, social interactions.. don't rush it, making sure i have enough time. Of course some times in life you're in a hurry to catch a train or something, but the general lessom/philosophy of this relapse is to take Time serious, bring as much ease into it as possible.
    And when I relapsed.. i did it thrice in a row. So the 2nd thing.. don't divert 180, but stay as close to ideal as possible. Getting on track as quickly as possible. I felt a feeling of defeat (and guilt & shame), but that won't help... gotta get as strong again as possible.

    Day 0/30 again.

    Taking my principles serious again, dont make stupid hasty, rushy, mistakes... remembering that the time of the storms will pass on by...
