My highest days this year are 25 or 26 days. Maybe 30 days should be the goal. i don’t know. super discouraged right about now.

Day 18.I have now reached 63 days which is 9 weeks of no PMO.Today also marks the day I have gone 2 calendar months(September,October) without PMO for the first time in 10 years.Thanks a lot to the people of "Nofap" .
Only annoying part is I have got 8 wet dreams.
