    I’m on a “self care” tour trip to visit family and get space from PA husband. This morning I discover he uninstalled the accountability software on his phone without even discussing with me first. I’m mortified. Whatever possibility of us making things work upon my return has now been disintegrated to near impossibility in my mind.

    Ugh, I'm so sorry. Did he inform you that he uninstalled, or did you see that within the software report?

    If you saw it in the software, it's possible that it was a technical glitch. Perhaps the phone OS upgraded, and the software did not, or something along those lines. Buggy accountability software has caused problems for several couples on the forums. Just something to investigate before throwing in the towel. If it's a technical problem, your husband should immediately take steps to restore the software.

    Of course, if he did actually uninstall it, that's very disrespectful to your marriage. You have every right to be upset.

    He told me via email in conjunction with removing the software. I had experienced glitches/delays with the software before but this time his device was removed completely, as were all the previous records. Very suspicious.
