Don get me wrong, it's also difficult for women, but I feel that women generally are attracted to people emotionally not visually I feel that its harder for men to do nofap, and whats the overall benefits that women get from nofap aside from more energy and more active? Do women have their brainfog lifted as well? Or only men got brainfog as a result of flapping but not women?

I'll talk from my experience: yes I do get brainfog whenever I fap, and a DENSE one. I think it was a bit easier for me because as you say I'm not that visual, but there are very visual girls, so it might not be that easy for them. Other thing is that girls tend more to fall in erotic literature and pornographic literature, because that, we are not so visual, but it's worse because there's no limit to imagination . That was my case. It's been around 1 year since I read an erotic tale by the last time. Some benefits I can report: recovery of my no-sexualized view of life, more energy, I feel more attractive, I have more control over myself, I have reduced my psychiatric drugs doses to half they were 1 year ago. Also, if it was a bit easier for me it was because I just read those things 3 years, from 16 to 19, so the addiction might not be that deep. Never underestimate anybody's fight :)

Nice! It's good to hear about those who successfully turn their life around. Thanks for sharing your experience. It will definitely encourage others to keep on fighting and i will too!
