cant get this over..

    hello guys... its been like first time after years of quitting porn n masturbating .... but i cant shake this shit off.. i survived for like 3 days after the first time masturbating ( after years of stopping ) but here i am keep falling on the same place... please.. im very hopeless and i cant stand the guilt at thr end kf masturbating anymore.... please help me

    Hey, yasyas. If you stopped for years, you're ahead of most of the rest of us here. Certainly way ahead of me! I think with any type of addiction or habit, it's so easy to relapse when we least suspect it. I mean, look at the people who quit cigarettes and then, years later when the stress is too much, they light one up again. It's disappointing, to be sure, but it doesn't mean their years of being smoke-free have been worthless. Seems to me you're doing pretty damn well and that you've already developed the tools you need to stop again. I'm rooting for you!

    thanks man... support is srsly needed for this problem.. well the big deal is i cant talk normally to people (face to face) for this problem... all i can do isnto expect support from people like you... thanks anyway very much appreciated
