***The Gratitude Attitude Challenge***

I'm grateful for the time I've been blessed with with my loved ones, in good health.
I'm grateful for meat substitutes.
I'm grateful for those who share my values.
I'm grateful for my friends.

 

I am grateful for cold showers and Wim Hof breathing, because they have an amazing effect on me. I feel more calm throughout the day and a lot more confident in social situations.
I am grateful to have eaten again yesterday, it was really nice to eat after 2.5 days of fasting.
I am grateful for dogs, I really love them and really want one in the future.

 

I'm grateful for:
The strength and determination to keep on going.
My friends.
Racking up a lot of reading time this week.

 

I am grateful that I'm still walking on this planet.
I am grateful for my desktop computer that works around a clock without a single lag or glitch.
I am grateful for my friends that gave me so much useful gifts that I'm still enjoy using them.
I am grateful for GaryVee podcast that helped me to bounce back from depression.

 

I am thankful to see all the posts from folks here trying to be better.
It gives me hope for the world.
I am thankful for learning the value of stretching in the morning.
I am thankful for learning again, that if I want to feel well, I should not drink much alcohol;
and If I want to have self respect I need to stop M. O.

 

I am grateful that it is the last day of the week.
I am grateful for all of the blessings in my life.
I am grateful for staying positive.

 

I am grateful to be able to read all the following posts from everyone everyday. This helps add motivation on top of my regular motivation and it feels good.
I am thankful that I get to take a homemade lunch to work everyday.

Losing a little weight (here's to losing more...).
Taking a walk last night.
Going to sleep relatively early.

 

Grateful for:

• looking myself in the mirror last night and liking what I see
• all the effects that Lifting weights has on me.
• This cup of tea that I just drank this morning

 

I am grateful for my skills that took me to my actual job as data scientist. It is very cool.
I am grateful for my best friend, she is always kind to me.
I am grateful for my family, it is a gift.
