  5. Day 8- Another tough night. It feels like it is war with my own body. I saw a very curvy lady while walking yesterday and I could not help but ogle. Her image lingered in my mind the whole day. I kept having this fantasies. Ultimately, I knew I would have a real battle in my hands at night. What saved me at least initially was some social medicine. I talked with my sister whom I had not spoken to in while. We had a good conversation until 1 am. As i prepared to go to bed, the urges started to flood my mind again. I started reasoning may be I should just take a peek. I mean its been a week now. It won't hurt. I took in some deep breaths and put off my WiFi then slept. Another victory! Deep breathing is so important in calming me down and regulating my heart rate.

    Today, I plan on staying outdoors. Weekends are sometimes hell. I don't want to fight my urges during the day. Let me just make it easier on myself.

    Okay so like this one was kind of weird. I was in my bed and was trying to watch a movie and then some really explicit ad popped up and next thing you know I was back to day 0. It’s a long road to recovery but I’m willing to go the distance. What I did to make sure it doesn’t happen again is that I installed a blocker that would prevent such things from happening again.

    It's the end of the day and I almost forgot to check in.

    I am proud to report that I have gone 39 days without any inappropriate sexual behavior. Yeah me.

    If I can do it, you can do it. One week used to being an impossible challenge. Then two weeks was an impossible challenge. Not anymore. You can do it.
     
  19. Yeah I dig the motivation. I’m at that stage where one week is a breeze but good luck getting through 14 days.... I promise my self though that I will get through it this go round. I know that I can and I will, no matter what it takes!!
