Day 25/60. Going on a first date with my crush tomorrow, keep your fingers crossed for me! Having not PMO'd for the last 3 weeks has definitely helped my confidence and I'm much less nervous than I otherwise might be. This journey has helped both my sexual health and confidence, and also my everyday health and confidence. So happy I embarked on it

Day 14. So I played with myself a bit the other night, no porn, no thoughts, didn't ejaculate. Kinda felt weird so I stopped. Back and shoulder acting up (from past surgery) so I'm not doing alot outside of work. Proud I got this far but this is far from my best. Bring it!
