Partner Noticing Effects That You Didn't?

Yesterday, my GF told me that she loves how much more affectionate I've been recently. I didn't notice a difference myself. I asked her how long she's noticed this and she said most of this last week (that's how long I've been rebooting)! So I find it really interesting that she noticed effects of NoFap that I didn't notice myself - I didn't tell her about NoFap until she told me this. Anyone else experienced something similar?

 

She was interested and supportive. I had told her in the past that I think I had a problem with compulsive masturbation so she already knew I was looking for solutions. She was also very impressed that I have lasted so long, which is motivational too!

 

Absolutely. That's something people need to learn early on in the relationship.
