The last time I relapsed, it took me a long time to get back on the horse - and I was going strong too. Now that I've got a fairly successful streak going I still can't be too confident. And it seems to me that there really isn't an easy answer to starting again. You just have to start again, and remember all the reasons why you want to quit - and why its going to make your life a heck of a lot better if you do. Be mindful of your triggers, don't let yourself edge for a second, and if you feel like going to a porn site, go to this link http://emergency.nofap.com instead. Its really a good motivator, and it saved me from relapsing just last night. (the third week is always the most difficult) Besides that, what I decided to do once I finally got back on track was journalling on this site every night. Checking in here, even for five minutes is a great way to remember your resolution to quit PMO forever. One final thought, it might help you to set a smaller goal than 30 days - this isn't because 30 days is unreachable, but because, at least for me, 7 days is a far easier goal to reach than 30. That doesn't mean you start all over at 7, you can still work towards 30, but 7 can work as a milestone (that's why I have two trackers, one counts my total days and the other one tracks my current challenge) Its been working for me - and it helps to know that the finish line is near rather than off in the hazy distance. Hope that helps!

its hard to start back again once relapsed especially for the first few days after M. So it is usually advised to stay strong with positive mentality and determination ( do whatever it takes) to not M during these days. If you succeed, chances are you are able to get back on track. People often give in during this period and it never stops as the brain craves for more. Just in case if you do relapse try to exercise and make yourself tired for the next few days. GL
