Prevent pain at Day 4 (blue balls)

    Hi

    I went about 4 months last year without masturbating so I know I'm able for this.

    Last week I managed 4 days but the pain in my lower abdomen and testicles led me to masturbate just to relieve the pain.

    I'm currently on Day 3, and there's no pain yet. It will come tomorrow or the next day though. What can I do now to prevent it before it starts? Apply an ice pack? Dip my scrotum in ice cold water? Massage my testicles? Massage the testicular cords?

    I applied an ice pack to my testicles. It helped and lightly massaged it. It went away within a few days. Have to ride it out

    I get similar but its sort of under my bum where the prostate is. Once i thought it caused prostatitis but it went after a few wanks so it was the semen retention that caused it.
     
  4. It is caused by unnecessary edging & fantasizing.. Erections last longer, create more & more sperms which get clogged in the system!! Avoid edging completely!! Cheers!!
