Though I’m not so sure that no MO is possible for me right now. I wish to firstly disassociate P from O which for me they are so closely tied. I will try for no P for 90 days including not fantasizing or thinking of P. Simply take care of it when the strong urge comes. All other times trying to no PMO best I can.
