I see this as a million dollar question, and I have come up with a simple formula that most likely works with all.
Standard 90 days challenge may be a good starting point for many, but one size does not fit all. Each person varies due to his exposure to porn. It is quite likely that many people may not realize expected benefits even after 90 days challenge. So how to figure it out? Here is the answer:
Calculate/estimate the time (in minutes) for which you watched porn during last 28 days. if you do not know exact time, then estimate it in a way that estimated time is not less than the actual time you watched porn (estimated time may be more but not less than the actual time you watched porn).
Now when you come up with the time in minutes, divide it with 4. this is your average (in minutes) time of porn watched per week.

Average porn watched per week = time for which porn watched in last 28 days / 4

Let's suppose you watched porn for 500 minutes during last 28 days. so your weekly average will be 500/4 = 125.

So now you will have to abstain from PMO for at least 125 days, before you see definite results.

Hope that will work for most of you guys, as it worked for me.

Hi mate, what about MO'ing in fortnightly increments after 1 month of hardmode? Like i mean just to imagination or a simple pic?

The reason i ask is because i always get a tightness in my prostate area after a month of hard mode and im always paranoid it could turn to prostatitis.

Well paranoia is paranoia. Its just your mind playing tricks to get you back to old routine. Anyway its better to abstain from PMO for the full results. If you cant do so in one go, then let abstaining from porn be your first step. And porn includes pictures as well.
But you will realize full recovery only when you give yourself a break from all PMO activities for the specified period of time

Didn't you mean 200/4 in the example? You wrote 500/4.

Anyway, that is the average of watched minutes per week, why should i just assume it is the number of days i need to recover?

  5. There is no plain answer when it comes to recovery. People recover at different times due to the severity of their problem. It took me 9-11 months to feel a bit more functional.

Well its simple. For more time you watch porn, more time it will take to recover. And this formula also works that way
